This year, the Awards Dinner will be limited to a total of 90 people, so early reservations are suggested. The cost of the dinner is $60 per person and includes one of the following entree's plus hot and cold Hors d’oeuvres. All entrée selections are accompanied by a salad of mesclun greens with choice of dressing, wild rice pilaf, fresh vegetable, warm rolls and butter, as well as coffee, tea, and soft drinks. You will place your entree selection with the waiter/waitress at your table.
Mahi-Mahi (Hawaii or Florida)
Chargrilled or
Macadamia Style – Sautéed on a bed of crushed Macadamia nuts.
Yellow Fin Tuna (West Coast)
Chargrilled or
Black Peppercorn and Green Onion Sauce – Coated with fresh cracked black pepper, chargrilled, and topped with a green onion sauce.
Salmon (Atlantic)
Chargrilled or
Rodi Grille Style – Marinated in our Teriyaki sauce, chargrilled, and topped with a honey lime glaze.
Dayboat Scrod (Boston)
English Style – Lightly sautéed with a bread crumb topping or
Monterey Style – Artichoke hearts, black olives, tomato, garlic, green onions, and mushrooms, sautéed in a Marsala wine sauce.
New York Strip Steak - Center cut from a perfectly aged Strip Loin – Chargrilled to perfection.
Chicken Marsala - Chicken sautéed in Marsala wine and fresh mushrooms.
